Parent Voice – Your Voice Matters

At Harlow Fields School and College, we are committed to working in partnership with our families. We know that when parents and carers are involved, children and young people thrive.

Our Parent Voice activities are designed to make it easy and welcoming for families to share feedback, ask questions, and be part of shaping school and college life.

Parental Engagement Meetings – Onsite Coffee Mornings

Held on the school site from 9.30am to 10.30am, these informal, friendly sessions are a chance to connect with staff and other parents, hear updates, and share your views.

Virtual Tea and Chat with SLT

We know that not all families can attend events during the day. In response, we’re introducing virtual sessions to help you stay connected wherever you are. These relaxed online meetings are a chance to speak directly with the Senior Leadership Team.

Your feedback continues to shape how we do things at Harlow Fields. Thanks to your input in 2024–25, we:

  • Tweaked on-site traffic management
  • Refreshed our approach to merit assemblies for 2025–26
  • Updated how curriculum information is shared with families
  • Held both internal and external family picnic events
  • Introduced family swim sessions for 2025-26
  • Introduced “Come and Learn With Me Today” classroom visits for 2025-26
  • Will continue to enjoy live music from the Harlow Brass Band with families!
