Punctuality is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our school, as it ensures that all pupils are present and ready to engage in their learning at the start of the day. When families are late for pick-up, it not only disrupts the end-of-day routines but also prevents staff from attending essential training sessions that contribute to their professional development and ultimately enhance the quality of education provided to our pupils. In exceptional circumstances where lateness becomes a recurring issue, we may need to consider implementing fines to underscore the importance of punctuality and to encourage families to adhere to the agreed pick-up times. This approach aims to foster a culture of responsibility and respect for the school community, ensuring that all staff can fully participate in their training and development without unnecessary interruptions.
