Upper School Curriculum
Welcome to the Upper School Curriculum section of our website! At Harlow Fields School and College, we are proud of the journey our pupils and young people undertake as they progress from the Lower School to the Upper School. This transition marks a significant phase in their educational experience, where they build upon the foundational skills and knowledge acquired in earlier years.
Our Upper School Curriculum is thoughtfully designed to prepare pupils for their future, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge needed for Sixth Form life and beyond. We focus on fostering independence, critical thinking, and a love for learning, ensuring that each pupil is well-prepared to navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. By engaging with a diverse range of subjects and experiences, our pupils develop not only academically but also personally, enhancing their readiness for adulthood and lifelong learning.
We invite you to explore our Upper School Curriculum and discover how we support our pupils in achieving their fullest potential.
Parents and carers have the right to withdraw their children from any or all Religious Education (RE) lessons. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact your child's class team in the first instance. They will provide you with the necessary information and support regarding the RE syllabus and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We are committed to ensuring that all pupils' individual beliefs and needs are respected within our school community.
